So being that I work for a fairly large Racing safety shop, would anyone want me to start going over some track day safety stuff? examples seats helmets harnesses and stuff

Suspension vs. Aluminum seats is a good starter, I know the differences and good/bad points about both and strongly feel it's an important thing for those new to safety equipment to understand.

YES PLEASE!!! I would like to know how wildly unsafe it is for me to be tracking my car for the past 3 years with no safety precautions haha.
